(    )  Class I:	Any Class I carrier or passenger service located in or operating                                                                                                                                                              
within Virginia.    Dues - $1,500.00 per year payable on or before July 1.

(    )  Associate:	Any individual, organization, or corporation exhibiting interest in 
			Railroads based in or operating within Virginia.  Dues - $500.00 per 
			year payable on or before July 1.
